Software Sales Refund Policy

If you have not installed and registered the software, a refund can be requested less a restocking fee of $25 plus any postage paid provided the request comes within 45 days of the placing of the order.

As software, once installed, can not be verifiably removed and returned, no refund can be provided once a registration code has been requested either from this web site or by email or in any other way. If you are unsure of the suitability of the software, please review the demo version first.

Support is provided by email and/or telephone if you have any problems installing the software. Extensive help getting started is available in the software Help accessible from the Help menus. This includes demo videos, also available here. Please watch these and read the Getting Started material in the manual also available here and in the Help.
